The Tomato Glaze

tomato paste

white vinegar

Worcestershire sauce

maple syrup

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet or loaf pan with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it on the prepared baking sheet or in the loaf pan.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
- While baking, prepare the tomato glaze by whisking together the glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
- After 40 to 45 minutes, remove the meatloaf from the oven and spread the tomato glaze on top.
- Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
