Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a standard loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the onion and a pinch of salt, and sauté for 3-4 minutes, then add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, then add milk, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce, mixing until combined.
- Add ground turkey, bread crumbs, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, sautéed onion and garlic, and the remaining salt to the egg mixture and mix gently with your hands.
- Transfer the mixture to the lined loaf pan and even out the top.
- Bake for 35 minutes, then spread 2-3 tablespoons of ketchup on top and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing and serving.
