Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté onion until golden, then add garlic.
- In a bowl, mix bread crumbs with chicken broth.
- Combine the sautéed onion mixture with the bread crumb mixture and cool in the fridge.
- Add parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, parsley, thyme, egg, yolk, salt, and pepper to the cooled mixture and blend well.
- Mix in the ground turkey until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf on the baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 45 minutes, then brush with ketchup and continue baking until the center reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and slice to serve.
