Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper, lightly spraying it.
- In a food processor, blend almond butter, honey, ½ cup of diced prunes, vanilla, flax seeds, salt, and water until pureed.
- In a medium bowl, mix the remaining prunes, oats, quinoa flakes, chia seeds, almonds, cashews, and macadamia nuts.
- Combine the dry mixture with the almond butter mixture and stir well.
- Press the mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula and sprinkling with flaky sea salt.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown, then cool completely on a rack before cutting into 12 squares.
