Classic BBQ Meatloaf Cups

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Panko, egg, onion, parsley, garlic, ketchup, balsamic vinegar, minced onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
- Fill each muffin tin well with the meatloaf mixture and spread the balsamic BBQ sauce on top of each cup.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F and the cups start to pull away from the edges.
- Let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
