The glaze

ketchup

bbq sauce

Instructions
- Combine ground beef with panko, milk, eggs, parsley, onion, salt, pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and oregano in a large bowl.
- Mix gently to combine without overhandling, then wrap and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing ketchup, BBQ sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and set aside.
- Preheat the smoker to 250°F and allow the meatloaf to come to room temperature.
- Form the meat mixture into a loaf on parchment paper and place it on a wire rack over a foil pan.
- Insert a probe into the center of the meatloaf and place it in the smoker.
- After one hour, coat the meatloaf with the glaze and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 155°F.
- Remove from the smoker, brush with glaze again, and serve.
