The glaze

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper for 1-2 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, parsley, breadcrumbs, egg, thyme, white pepper, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, beef bouillon, and the cooled onion mixture.
- Add milk and salt, and mix until combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking pan or loaf pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes, then remove from the oven.
- Mix ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar for the glaze and brush it over the meatloaf.
- Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
