Easy Meatloaf

The glaze

ketchup

light brown sugar

red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, tomatoes, oats, powdered milk, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper using your hands.
- Mold the meat mixture into a 9 x 5-inch loaf on a rimmed baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the ketchup, brown sugar, and red wine vinegar to create the glaze.
- Spread the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
