Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced onion, eggs, bread crumbs, ½ cup of ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
- Rinse a loaf pan with water, pack the meat mixture tightly into the pan.
- Flip the pan onto the prepared baking sheet to release the meatloaf.
- Bake for 60 minutes, then increase the oven temperature to 400°F.
- Brush the remaining ¼ cup of ketchup on the meatloaf and return it to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
