Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190C/375F and line a 9x5-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake the meatloaf for 35-40 minutes or until tender.
- While the meatloaf bakes, whisk together the glaze ingredients.
- After 40 minutes, remove the meatloaf, spread the glaze on top, and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
