The glaze

Instructions
- Combine crushed saltines and milk in a bowl and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Add parsley, eggs, onion powder, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the mixture and mix well.
- Incorporate ground meat into the mixture until evenly combined.
- For the glaze, mix ketchup (or BBQ sauce), brown sugar, and vinegar in a separate bowl.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet with foil and cooking spray.
- Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it on the prepared pan.
- Spread the glaze over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
