Gluten-Free Baked Lentil Burgers

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor.
- Process on high for about 45 seconds until the lentils are mostly broken down.
- Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and form six patties with your hands.
- Place the patties on the baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes, flipping them once halfway through.
- Let the patties cool for a few minutes before serving.
