Ingredients

The Smoothie

  • 1 ½ cups Chopped Kale
  • 1 cup Frozen Mango Chunks or Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 2 pieces Medjool Dates (pits removed)
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder or Unsweetened Protein Powder
  • 1 piece Lemon (juiced)
  • ½ inch Fresh Ginger
  • 1 ¼ cups Almond Milk

The Garnishes

  • 1 tablespoon Hemp Hearts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until fully combined.
  3. Pause to scrape down the sides if necessary.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
