Slow Cooker Shredded Pork French Dip Sandwiches

Instructions
- Set the slow cooker on 'low'.
- Whisk together the seasonings in a small bowl.
- Rinse and dry the pork, then rub the seasonings all over it.
- Place the pork in the slow cooker and add the liquids and herbs.
- Cover and cook for 7 hours.
- Shred the pork and let it absorb liquids for 30 minutes.
- Divide the pork into portions and shape it on a baking sheet.
- Top with provolone cheese and broil until bubbly.
- Mix beef broth and water into the slow cooker for au jus.
- Serve the pork on buns with au jus on the side.
