Grilled Potatoes and Onions

Instructions
- Tear aluminum foil sheets into about 16" pieces and fold each in half.
- Preheat the grill.
- Slice potatoes into pieces about ⅛-¼" thick.
- Slice onions about ⅛" thick.
- Place one potato in the center of each foil square and add butter pieces.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, then top with onions.
- Fold the edges of the foil to secure tightly to retain moisture.
- Set the grill to low heat and place each packet on the grill.
- Close the lid and cook for 15 minutes, then turn the packets and cook for another 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and carefully open each packet.
