Grilled Potatoes

Ingredients

The potatoes

  • 1 lb potatoes

The seasoning

  • 1–2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic

The garnish

  • to taste fresh herbs (dill, Italian parsley, basil, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the potatoes in half for even thickness, then parboil in salted water until fork tender, about 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium and grease the grates.
  3. Drain the potatoes, then toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  4. Place the potatoes cut side down on the grill, cover, and grill for 3-4 minutes, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes until heated through.
  5. Serve in a bowl, garnished with fresh dill and optional creamy dill sauce.
