Instructions
- Wash and cut the potatoes in half for even thickness, then parboil in salted water until fork tender, about 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium and grease the grates.
- Drain the potatoes, then toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Place the potatoes cut side down on the grill, cover, and grill for 3-4 minutes, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve in a bowl, garnished with fresh dill and optional creamy dill sauce.
