Ingredients

The potatoes

  • to taste fennel salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour vinegar into a medium saucepan and add the potato slices, ensuring they are fully covered.
  2. Bring the vinegar to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender.
  3. Let the potatoes cool in the vinegar for 30 minutes, then drain well.
  4. Gently toss the cooled potatoes with olive oil, flaky sea salt, and pepper.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill the potatoes for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot, sprinkled with additional salt or fennel salt to taste.
