Instructions
- Pour vinegar into a medium saucepan and add the potato slices, ensuring they are fully covered.
- Bring the vinegar to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender.
- Let the potatoes cool in the vinegar for 30 minutes, then drain well.
- Gently toss the cooled potatoes with olive oil, flaky sea salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the potatoes for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve hot, sprinkled with additional salt or fennel salt to taste.
