Salt and Vinegar Smashed Potatoes

Instructions
- Boil the potatoes with vinegar and salt until fork tender.
- Preheat the oven to 450ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Smash the cooked potatoes and place them in a bowl.
- Drizzle the smashed potatoes with olive oil and toss to coat.
- Spread the potatoes on the baking sheet and sprinkle with salt flakes.
- Roast for 15 minutes, flip, and roast for another 15 minutes.
- Spray with vinegar and sprinkle with salt flakes, then roast for an additional 10 minutes until crispy.
