Healthy Spinach Bacon Quiche

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- 2. In a medium bowl, mix together all crust ingredients until a ball forms.
- 3. Press the crust into the pie dish evenly and bake for 15-20 minutes until slightly golden brown.
- 4. While the crust is baking, sauté the onions and turkey bacon in olive oil on medium-high heat.
- 5. Once cooked, add the spinach and cook until wilted, then let cool.
- 6. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, ½ cup cheese, salt, and pepper.
- 7. Add the turkey bacon mixture to the egg mixture and pour into the slightly cooled crust.
- 8. Add the remaining cheese on top and bake for 35-40 minutes until set.
- 9. Let cool for 20 minutes before cutting.
