Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray an 8×8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients except for the berries.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon until combined.
- Gently fold in the berries.
- Transfer the batter to the baking dish and sprinkle additional berries and oats on top if desired.
- Bake for about 40 minutes or until the center is fully cooked.
- Allow the bread to cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
