Instructions
- Blend the cannellini beans, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and capers until smooth, then season with salt and pepper.
- Chill the white bean puree until ready to use.
- Assemble the sandwiches using toasted bread, spreading the white bean puree, and adding lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, basil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and hemp seeds.
