Ingredients

  • cup egg whites
  • 1 whole egg
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • cup quick-cooking oatmeal
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp vanilla or almond zest

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Mix until the texture is homogeneous.
  3. Leave the mixture for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour ¼ cup of the mixture in a frying pan and cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side.
  5. Continue to cook pancakes until the batter is gone.
  6. Serve with berries, whipped cream, syrup, or your favorite toppings.
