Ingredients

  • ½ cup Vanilla protein powder
  • ¾ cup Wholesome Yum Blanched Almond Flour
  • 2 tbsp Besti Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
  • ½ tbsp Baking powder
  • tsp Sea salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 large Egg whites

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk in the eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla.
  3. Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form and set aside.
  4. Gently fold the egg whites into the batter.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and grease it with coconut oil.
  6. Pour about 3 tablespoons of batter per pancake into the skillet.
  7. Cook until light golden brown, then flip and cook until golden on the other side.
