Instructions
- Cook the chickpeas with BBQ sauce in a small pot over medium heat for about 5 minutes until warm and sticky.
- Remove from heat and coat the chickpeas with the remaining BBQ sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and warm the tortillas until golden brown and puffy.
- Assemble the tacos by layering the tortillas with chickpeas, slaw, and pickled onions.
- Serve with lime wedges.
