Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉ and prepare a muffin pan.
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool for 5 minutes before serving.
