Caramel Cookie Dough Bars

Instructions
- Line a square pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Melt the maple syrup and coconut oil until warm.
- Mix in the almond flour and salt until a thick dough forms, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Transfer the dough to the lined pan and press into place, then refrigerate.
- Pour the caramel over the cookie dough base and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the remaining chocolate chips with coconut oil, pour over the caramel layer, and refrigerate until firm.
- Slice into bars and sprinkle with salt.
