Summer Salad with Orange Basil Vinaigrette

Salad

Instructions
- 1. Combine the dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- 2. Adjust seasoning to taste and set aside.
- 3. In a large bowl, toss together the mixed greens, gorgonzola, walnuts, and dried fruit.
- 4. Add the dressing just before serving to avoid wilting.
- 5. Store leftover dressing and salad separately in airtight containers in the fridge.
