Slow Cooker Beef Bone Broth

Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables and place them in the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.
- Add the beef bones on top of the vegetables.
- Tuck in the bay leaves, sprinkle with salt, and drizzle the vinegar over the bones.
- Pour enough water into the slow cooker to cover all the ingredients.
- Set the slow cooker to cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Once done, strain the broth to discard the solids.
- You can serve some immediately or store it in a container for later use.
