Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until fork tender, about 15-25 minutes.
- Blend water, olive oil, spinach, dill, scallion, salt, and pepper to make the dill sauce.
- Coat the ahi with a mixture of coriander seeds, fennel seeds, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet and sear the ahi for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Warm the dill sauce gently in a pot.
- Assemble the dish by placing dill sauce on the plate, adding sliced potatoes, and topping with sliced ahi. Garnish with yogurt, dill, and chive blossoms.
