Almond Chicken

The brown sauce

Instructions
- Rinse and dry the chicken, then cut it into bite-sized cubes and coat with cornstarch.
- Mix all ingredients for the brown sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok or skillet over high heat, add ginger and stir-fry until aromatic.
- Add chicken to the wok and stir-fry until it turns white.
- Add sugar snap peas, baby carrots, and almonds, mixing well.
- Pour in the brown sauce and stir until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
