Broccoli Almond Chicken

The sauce

chicken broth

all natural almond butter

Instructions
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well combined, then set aside.
- Heat cooking fat or oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until opaque and fully cooked, about 8 minutes.
- Drain excess liquid from the pan if necessary, then add onions and almonds; sauté for about 2 minutes until onions are softened.
- Add broccoli and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Stir in the sauce and continue cooking for about 1 minute until broccoli is cooked to your liking and sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately, optionally with white rice and chopped green onions.
