Ginger Sesame and Almond Broccoli

Instructions
- Steam the broccoli in a basket over salted boiling water until it turns vibrant green, about 2-3 minutes.
- Plunge the broccoli into icy cold water and stir until completely chilled.
- Transfer the cold broccoli to a colander and let it drain until dry.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add almonds and sesame seeds, cooking until golden and fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Lower the heat to medium-low and add broccoli, lemon zest, ginger, sesame oil, fish sauce, pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, cooking until heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
