Asian Broccolini With Sesame and Ginger

The Sauce

soy sauce

freshly grated ginger

sesame oil

toasted sesame seeds

red pepper flakes
Instructions
- 1. Bring ¼ inch of water to a boil in a large skillet.
- 2. Add the broccolini, cover, and steam for 8-10 minutes until tender but still firm.
- 3. Drain any remaining water from the skillet.
- 4. Add butter, soy sauce, grated ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes to the skillet and toss with the broccolini.
- 5. Cover and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- 6. Toss with toasted sesame seeds and season with kosher salt if needed.
