Ingredients

The vegetables

  • 2 cloves garlic

The seasonings

To serve

  • to taste red pepper flakes
  • to taste lemon slices

Instructions

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a non-stick skillet.
  2. Add minced garlic and broccolini, sauté for 7-8 minutes, adding water if needed to prevent burning.
  3. Remove from heat and serve garnished with lemon slices and red pepper flakes.
