Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Trim the ends of the broccolini and cut thick stalks in half lengthwise.
- Place the broccolini on the baking sheet and add garlic on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper, tossing to coat.
- Arrange the broccolini in a single layer and sprinkle with Parmesan if using.
- Roast for 10 to 15 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and add additional salt and lemon juice if desired.
