Easy Garlic Broccolini

Instructions
- Trim about 1 ½ inches off broccolini stems and discard, then slice the broccolini in half lengthwise.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the broccolini, cooking for 2 minutes.
- Quickly drain the broccolini and run it under cold water to stop the cooking.
- Heat a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and garlic, and cook until golden, about 1 minute.
- Add the drained broccolini, season with kosher salt and red pepper flakes, and cook for an additional minute until heated through.
