Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Slice the garlic while the pan is heating.
- Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and stir quickly to prevent burning.
- Add the washed and chopped broccolini to the pan and coat it in the garlic and olive oil.
- Cover the pan and steam the broccolini for 10-12 minutes, or toss until it softens and crisps at the edges.
- Once cooked, sprinkle with sea salt and squeeze lemon juice on top.
- Toss to coat well and serve immediately.
