Crunchy Garlic Lemon Broccolini

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Bunches Broccolini
  • 4-5 Cloves Garlic
  • ½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ Lemon juiced

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Slice the garlic while the pan is heating.
  3. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and stir quickly to prevent burning.
  4. Add the washed and chopped broccolini to the pan and coat it in the garlic and olive oil.
  5. Cover the pan and steam the broccolini for 10-12 minutes, or toss until it softens and crisps at the edges.
  6. Once cooked, sprinkle with sea salt and squeeze lemon juice on top.
  7. Toss to coat well and serve immediately.
