Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add thinly sliced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for 30 seconds.
- Add broccolini and salt, tossing to combine.
- Cook for 2 minutes, tossing occasionally.
- Add water, cover the pan, and reduce heat to medium-low.
- Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until tender and bright green.
- Remove from heat and toss with lemon juice, seasoning to taste.
