Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9-10 inch baking pan with oil and parchment.
- Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, and yogurt. Add the orange zest and rosemary.
- Fold the wet mixture gently into the dry ingredients.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and sprinkle coarse sugar evenly over the top.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 200°F.
