Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In one bowl, mix all dry ingredients thoroughly.
- In another bowl, blend all wet ingredients together.
- Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients and mix until just blended, avoiding over-mixing.
- Pour the batter into a prepared 9-inch round pan.
