Instructions
- Poke holes all over the sweet potato with a fork or knife.
- Drizzle the potato with olive oil and massage it into the potato.
- Season the potato with salt and pepper, massaging the spices in.
- Place the potato on a microwave-safe plate and cook on high for 4 minutes.
- Check the potato for doneness, then flip it and cook for another 2 minutes.
- If not tender, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove the potato, cut in half, add butter, and season again before enjoying.
