Instructions
- Wash and dry the yams/sweet potatoes.
- Stab them all over with a sharp paring knife.
- Arrange the yams in a circle in a microwave-safe dish.
- Cover the yams with a damp paper towel.
- Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
- Rotate the yams and microwave for another 5 minutes.
- Continue checking and microwaving until the yams are soft to touch.
- Let the yams cool to room temperature, peel them, and store in the fridge.
