Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Transfer the mixture into a spice container or a Mason jar.
- Use the dry rub on 1 to 1.5 lbs. of chicken by sprinkling it on and massaging it in.
- Let the chicken sit for at least 15 minutes before cooking.
- Store any leftover dry rub in a cool, dark place for up to 3 months.
