Grilled Chicken Rub

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons garlic powder

  • 4 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar

  • to taste freshly ground black or white pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper (optional for spiciness)

Instructions

  1. Combine garlic powder, oregano, paprika, rosemary, and salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Store the rub in a clean glass jar with a tight-fitting lid until ready to use.
  4. Rub the mixture generously over chicken, pork, or turkey.
  5. Let the meat sit at room temperature for up to 1 hour before cooking.
