Instructions
- Trim ½ inch off the bottom of the asparagus stems and discard the trimmings.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
- Sauté the garlic until slightly browned, then add the asparagus.
- Toss to combine the asparagus with the garlic.
- Add salt and ground black pepper to taste, and stir to combine.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the asparagus and cover the skillet.
- Cook for about 1 minute, or until the cheese begins to melt.
- Dish out and serve immediately.
