Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Mix garlic and olive oil in a small bowl, pressing garlic to infuse the oil.
- Place asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with the garlic oil mixture, tossing to coat.
- Spread asparagus in a single layer on the baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for about 15 minutes until tender.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top, and return to the oven for 1 more minute to melt the cheese.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
