Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic & Parmesan

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
- Snap off the ends of the asparagus and cut the spears in half.
- Transfer the asparagus to a baking dish or sheet pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, tossing to coat.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the tips begin to char.
- Transfer to a serving platter and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Shave Parmesan over the asparagus and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
