Easy Beef Stew

Instructions
- Place the stew meat in the slow cooker.
- Mix garlic, tomato paste, vinegar, flour, and water in a bowl and spread over the meat.
- Add potatoes, carrots, and onion to the pot, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours until vegetables are tender and meat is cooked.
- Serve warm.
