Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, salt, and baking soda.
- Mix in the wet ingredients one by one until the dough is smooth.
- Use a cookie scoop to form 16-18 small cakes.
- Bake for 11-12 minutes and let them cool completely.
- Spread frosting on the cooled cakes to form sandwiches.
- Crush the candy canes and roll the whoopie pies in the crushed candy canes.
