Instructions
- Mix the lemon zest, flour, black pepper, parsley, salt, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, and basil in a small dish.
- In a zip-seal plastic bag, combine the chicken pieces with lemon juice and toss to coat.
- Add the spice mix to the bag, seal it, and shake to coat the chicken evenly.
- Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and serve.
